The slang answer "a good mixture of everstuff" means "all of the above".

2-3 hours once or twice a week might be good, but pace yourself man. Even you would run out of words eventually.

hmmm... I don't think so Todd. You underestimate me. I used to do 3-9 hour sermons, 5-6 nights a week. I'm basically silent now compared to 10 years ago.

Well I voted: more and longer + a good mixture of everstuff. Actually I first voted one hour twice a week but since you say you can take it, please do.

I voted for 1 hour 2x week; and mixture, but also would say Q and A, and Doctrine/Theology are my preferred priorities within the mixture.
Praise God for his gifts to you, Michael, of knowledge, patience and perseverence to reinforce previous teachings to those who have already heard. May Gods truths fall upon new ears and eyes He has opened; to use your podcast as a blessed means to hear and obey His Word.
